PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the center frequency of a piezoelectric oscillator highly precisely. SOLUTION: This oscillator circuit is provided with an adjustment resistor array 32 connected in parallel to a capacitor configuring a load capacitor of a piezoelectric vibrator, and the adjustment resistor array 32 is provided with a plurality of adjustment resistors 12, 14, 16, 18 connected in parallel and switches 20, 22, 24, 26 that select them, and the ratio of resistances of the adjustment resistors 12, 14, 16, 18 is regulated to the power of 2. Though the configuration above, the nonlinearity of the piezoelectric oscillation circuit and can be compensated and the adjustment precision of the center frequency can be enhanced without the need for increasing number of the switches to select the adjustment resistors.
