PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective lens supporting device capable of preventing the shifting of skewing adjustment in a radial direction of an objective lens by using a holding member for attaching an attaching plate to an attaching wall surface, and preventing any residual stress on the attaching plate and an auxiliary member during the attachment thereof. SOLUTION: Plural elastic supporting members 20 are hung by being fixed to a lens holder 1 and an attaching plate 19 attached to a frame 17, through- holes are formed in the attaching plate 19 and an attaching wall surface 17a of the frame 17, to which the plate 19 is attached, an auxiliary member 22 having a shaft part 25 penetrating each through-hole is disposed in a side opposite the attaching plate sandwiching the attaching wall surface, a holding member 21 is provided to hold the attaching plate and the auxiliary member by providing spring elasticity to abut these on the attaching wall surface from both directions, and the attaching plate is attached to the attaching wall surface so as to be rotatable around the shaft part. Thus, the rotation of the attaching plate is adjusted, and residual stress during the attaching of the attaching plate is prevented from affecting skewing adjustment.
