PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make quickly and accurately analyzable the spectrum of an electronic equipment having the generating source of a plurality of clock frequencies as a whole for taking a measure, etc., for efficiently suppressing electromagnetic waves (unnecessary radiation spectrum). SOLUTION: The spectrum analyzer is provided with a spectral data inputting section 201 which inputs the spectral data corresponding to a frequency which is obtained as a result of measurement of the electromagnetic field of electronic equipment, a spectral peak frequency extracting section 202 which extracts a spectral peak frequency having a prominent quantity of spectral against the peripheral frequencies from the inputted spectral data, and a spectral peak frequency analyzing section 203 which analyzes that which one of the clock frequencies generated from a plurality of clock frequency generating source corresponds to the spectral peak frequency.
