The invention concerns a functionalised compound of general formula (I) wherein: W represents a nucleotide analog; L represents a binding group comprising at least four atoms; R1 represents a linear or branched alkyl chain. The invention also concerns one said functionalised polynucleotide, one marked polynucleotide, including at least a functionalised compound corresponding to formula (I'). The invention further concerns a method for detecting a target nucleic acid using one said compound.
