<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized resonator which can be easily assembled and which is stable in operation, and to provide a microscope equipped with the resonator. SOLUTION: The laser light L continuously enters the resonator through a flat plate 61, piezoelectric device 11 and reflection mirror 10, and is reflected by two reflection mirrors 10, 20. The laser light L propagates in a ring of the reflection mirror 10, reflection mirror 20, prism 30 and then again reflection mirror 10, and it resonates with the laser light entering the resonator through the reflection mirror 10 to enhance the power. The laser light L with enhanced power is converted by a wavelength conversion device 40 into second harmonic wave light, which is then continuously emitted from the resonator through the reflection mirror 20, piezoelectric device 21 and flat plate 71. The errors generated during producing or assembling the reflection mirrors 10, 20 which constitute the resonator can be corrected by only moving the plates 61, 71 along the side faces 50a, 50b of the package 50 tilted only by the Brewster angle.</p> |
