PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time since a shutter button is operated until a picture is fetched. SOLUTION: In an information processor, when a picture fetching part is turned into a non-operating state in a state that a power source is turned on, all push switches 9 are turned on, and when the fetch of a picture is commanded, a microcontroller 7 which is always turned into an operating state starts picture fetching parts (CCD video camera 1, a processing part 2, a picture processing IC 31, and a frame memory 33), and picture data fetched by the CCD video camera 1 are stored in the frame memory 33.
