PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a telephone set to separate the voice of an opposite party side from the voice of the telephone set side from among voice exchanged with the opposite party through an analog telephone line and output it to another voice processor. SOLUTION: A station side hybrid circuit 111 separates a voice signal transmitted from the opposite part from the voice signal on a two-wire cables 250 connected to a trunk line as a reception voice signal, outputs it to a telephone set side hybrid circuit 112 and an opposite party voice signal output terminal 161 and also transmits a transmission voice signal received from the circuit 112 onto the cables 250. The circuit 112 separates the voice signal transmitted from the telephone set from the voice signal on the two-wire cables 350 connected to the telephone set as a transmission signal, outputs it to the circuit 111 and the terminal 161 and also transmits the reception voice signal received from the circuit 111 onto the cables 350.
