PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attenuate the amplitude of a higher harmonic signal and to reduce deviation in group delay characteristics by attenuating the higher harmonic signal outside the transmission band of a transmission signal, which is amplified by a high frequency amplifying means composed of a single step or plural steps of amplifiers, and controlling the group delay characteristics of the transmission signal through a group delay control means. SOLUTION: When a specified bias voltage is applied to power source bias supply terminals 110-130, amplifier elements 11-13 start functioning. Next, when a transmission signal is inputted to an input terminal 5, the desired amplifying operation is performed to the transmission signal by a high frequency amplifying means 1 composed of multi-step amplifier elements 11-13. Further, the transmission signal is sent to an out-of-band attenuating means 3. The out-of-band attenuating means 3 is set so as to attenuate a high frequency component by passing the desired transmission signal band. Further, the transmission signal is outputted from an output terminal 6 after flattening the group delay deviation increased by the amplifying function and the cut-of-band attenuating function through a group delay control means 4.
