PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mutual radio wave interference between fixed stations without devising a radar itself by installing a disc on a radio wave propagation path while adhering a radio wave absorber having a diameter almost corresponding to that of a paraboloidal antenna on the surface of a sheet metal. SOLUTION: When a radio wave absorber is installed on a radio wave propagation path, as the performance of the radio wave absorber on the side of transmission, a maximum power reflection coefficient is about 1% in the case of ordinary silicone rubber sheet product. Therefore, for about 20 dB, an interference power in that direction is reduced. As reception conditions, the rear face of the radio wave absorber is metallic to reflect coming radio waves but attenuated radio waves are inputted to a receiving antenna by diffraction. When the cost is not concerned, by attaching radio wave absorbing sheets 4 and 6 to both sides of the sheet metal 5, interference waves from that direction are attenuated 20 dB as well and radio interference from the specified direction is reduced.
