SOLUTION: This plate is provided with a base 1 where an integer band 11 going spirally in the direction of a center 13 while adding one at a time to a positive integers 111, an operation plate 2 which is overlapped on the base 1 while its center 29 is concentric with the center 13 of a spiral, where the band 25 and/or 26 of years of the Christian Era and/or names of eras in which years of the Christian Era and/or names of eras are successively described on a plate surface spirally from future or present year to past year so as to correspond to respective integers 111 of the band 11 is arranged toward the center 29 and which also forms the part of the respective integers 111 with window holes 24 or transparent plate parts 20 so as to be able to visually recognize the respective integers 111 of the band 11 from the above, and a shaft member 3 which makes the base 1 engage with the plate 2 and supports pivotally them at the connection point of the center 29 of the plate 2 and the center 13 of the base 1.
