PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost and the labor required during assembly by reducing the number of parts by a method wherein a panel and a frame are integrally formed. SOLUTION: A plurality of punched holes 40 for installing a machine room panel 32 in an erected state are formed in a base 26 of a case 12. The machine room panel 32 is formed approximately in an L-shape by bending a back part 32b and a side part 32c approximately at right angles. A brace 42 is situated throughout an overall length in the direction of height. A hook part 42a is formed at the lower end of the brace 42, and removably fitted in the holes 40 to which the hook part 42a corresponds. A hook piece 32a removaly fitted in the holes 40 of the base 26 is situated at the back part 32b. By fitting the hook part 42a and the hook piece 32a in the corresponding 40, a machine room panel 32 erected on the base 26.
