PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set or release the call stop of a portable terminal with prescribed operation on the side of a user. SOLUTION: When an incoming sub-address including a special number and the telephone number and password number of a portable terminal 1 is dialed from a second terminal 2, the telephone number and password number of the portable terminal 1 are sent from an exchange 5 to a subscriber data managing device 6 and collated with data set in the subscriber data managing device 6. When they are matched with each other the call stop of the portable terminal 1 is set or released.
