PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of use of a telephone terminal by allowing a called party to display a caller telephone number and notice information on a screen of the telephone terminal. SOLUTION: A caller terminal (portable telephones 5, 6, a data terminal 1a and a telephone set 2a) registers notice information in cross-reference with a caller telephone number to a service center 10 of a telephone network (ISDN/ PSTM wired telephone network 1/2, PDC/PHS radio telephone network 3/4) in advance. A caller side terminal calls out the telephone network after this registration. A called party terminal (portable telephones 5, 6, a data terminal 1a and a telephone set 2a) informs a user about a caller telephone number and notice information sent from the telephone network through synthesized voice or screen display at the arrival of the incoming call.
