摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a base station to execute charging processing for each call and each kind of service separately from an exchanging station in mobile communication for assigning service to each call by housing a communication terminal capable of simultaneously handling plural calls like an ATM(asynchronous transferring mode). SOLUTION: A charging processing part 4 executes charging processing based on the output 1 of a receiving frame counter, the output of a transmission frame counter 2 and the output of a timer 3. In this charging processing, it is possible to calculate a charging value in comparison with a previously set regulation by estimating the kind of service based on the ratio of an actual speaking time and time to which a radio band is assigned, the ratio of the number of actually transmitted/received frames and the number of frames which can be transmitted/received in the assigned band, etc. The part 4 can report information on the output of a reception frame counter, the output of a transmission frame counter, the output of a timer, etc., and a charging value to an exchange station C from a signal line 7 via a line interface part 6.
