PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily distribute messages by allowing a user to have only to enter the message and a plurality of transmission destinations with a simple operation. SOLUTION: The portable terminal is provided with an antenna 11 that makes 2-way communication, a transmission reception section 12, a communication control section 13, a RAM 19 that stores recognition information of a plurality of communication destinations in advance, and a control section 17 that generates notice data including a plurality of sets of recognition information of a stored communication destination, generates a check list to check the presence of transmission of the notice data corresponding to the recognition information of a plurality of the communication destinations, refers to the check list based on the recognition information of the destination when the own unit receives an incoming call, discriminates it when the corresponding recognition information is listed up and the notice data are not transmitted, transmits the notice data to the destination and sets information denoting completed transmission to the recognition information of the communication destination in the check list in addition.
