PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure an oscillator circuit capable of suppressing fluctuation of an output level of a fundamental wave outputted from an oscillator caused by affecting fluctuation of an input admittance in a 2nd circuit group employing n-th harmonics. SOLUTION: This oscillator circuit is provided with an oscillator 101, a 1st circuit group 102 that mainly uses a fundamental wave outputted from the oscillator 101, a 2nd circuit group 103 that mainly uses n-th harmonics outputted from the oscillator 101, and a 1st intervention means 104 that passes the n-th harmonics and whose input admittance at a fundamental frequency is sufficiently lower than that of the 1st circuit group 102. The 1st intervention means 104 is connected in series between the oscillator 101 and the 2nd circuit group 103.
