<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deterioration in reception quality even in the presence of a frequency offset and phasing by suppressing a decrease in the signal energy after an inverse spreading process. SOLUTION: Inverse spreading circuits 104 and 109 inversely spread a receive signal converted into a digital signal by an A/D converting circuit 103. The inverse spread signal of the inverse spreading circuit 104 is averaged by a delay profile measuring circuit 105, and a searcher circuit 106 detects a delay wave signal of several high-order samples of high reception level from the averaged signal. A phase estimating circuit 108 estimates the phase quantity of a known signal of the signal inversely spread by the other inverse spreading circuit 109, and control circuit 107 performs the complex conjugation of the estimated phase quantity, and then a tap coefficient of the inverse spreading circuit 109 to be multiplied in spread data unit by the delay wave signal detected by a searcher circuit 106 is found and set.</p> |
