PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the erroneous operation of an operator in the case of exchanging a cassette corresponding to the kind of a document to be issued and to prevent the class or serial number information of a set document form being erroneously inputted to a host computer in the case of loading the document to the cassette or device. SOLUTION: The managing information of documents loaded to a document housing cassette is applied, the managing information such as class or number of the document housed in the cassette is transferred from a managing information input terminal to a host computer 302, the managing information is managed on the host computer 302, afterwards, when the cassette is loaded to a document issuing device, it is judged from the managing information of the read cassette whether or not the class of the cassette is to be issued by collating the class information and the serial number managing information related to that cassette from the host, and the operation error of cassette selection is prevented. Besides, the operation error of transferring certificate cassette managing information such as class or serial number information to the host computer 302 is prevented. |
