PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effect imparting device imparting an even effect without emphasizing a specific pitch name and imparting an effect giving a surface modulated feeling from a low frequency band to a high frequency band. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a loop circuit having a delay mean 12 giving a signal delay for an input musical sound signal, a phase shift mean 14 placed in the loop circuit shifting a phase of a signal circulating in the loop circuit, and a control mean 15 controlling the modulation of a delay amount of the delay mean 12 and a phase shift amount of the phase shift mean 14. The device may mix the input musical sound signal with the signal circulating in the loop circuit to provide as an output. |
