<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the environment of comfortable operations even when the number of icons on a screen is increased by determining the display positions successively starting from the icon belonging to the icon group of high operation frequency on the basis of updated icon group operation frequency information and stored icon group information. SOLUTION: The icon group is acquired in the order of the highest operation frequency from the icon group operation frequency information updated by an icon group operation frequency updating and storage part 205, all the icons in the icon group are acquired from the icon group information stored in an icon group information storage part 204, and the display positions of respective icons are determined. In one embodiment, an icon 103 registered on a screen 101 is grouped for each related icon 103 and displayed close regardless of the relation of the individual operation frequency of the icon. The respective icons 103 are displayed in the order of the highest operation frequency in an icon group 104 to which the icons 103 belong, along the edge of a picture having low frequency displayed by a window 102.</p> |
