SOLUTION: This device is a solar cell mounted heat exchange device which is characterized in that the device is provided with a case body 16, which is housed with a solar cell 15 and has at least a part which transmits the sunlight to the cell 15, a cooling heat source 11 for cooling the cell 15, a piping 21 for preventing dewfalls and frost from being generated on the surface of the cell 15 and a vacuum pump.</p> |
