SOLUTION: The constitution data blocks of the field programmable logic 6 divided into independently reconstitutable blocks are stored in a memory 8 for constitution data storage, and a reconstitution control part 7 reads constitution data blocks 13 out of the memory 8 one by one in order and selects and reconstitutes the constitution data blocks 13 requested to be reconstituted according to the constitution data header parts 15 of the read constitution data blocks 13.</p> |
