PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the communication time of a terminal by the time of a call/cut processing and to save a communication resource by exchange an additional notice, a deletion notice and various notices and eliminating the need of the call/cut processing only for transmitting the notice at the time of connecting a communication line with the distribution of an electronic file. SOLUTION: A radio adhoc communication network (AN) system is constituted of the terminals of plural radio data communication equipment, to which prescribed call numbers are given and having a computer provided with a storage device. The respective terminals have procedures for transmitting various notice information that the self-terminals have to opposite terminals whenever communication with the other terminal is established by a storage medium storing AN communication control programs that they themselves have. The respective terminals have procedures for receiving and holding various notice information that the opposite terminals have and abolishing information where prescribed time passes. The call/cut processing for transmitting the notice can be omitted and communication resource in AN can be saved.
