<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover effectively the quantity of heat of warmed indoor air on the occasion of exhaust thereof, by providing an intake route along which outdoor air introduced into an underfloor space is circulated through a house and an exhaust route along which air in each room is gathered in the underfloor space and then exhausted at an outer place in the vicinity of a front door. SOLUTION: In an opening 12 of a floor surface of the first story, an outdoor air supply opening 14 is provided in the vicinity of a central heater 15 and outdoor air is supplied as heating intake air. Under the floor, a fan motor 30 is provided on the route of a final exhaust pipe 27 and made to operate for ventilation of the whole of a house. Besides, an outlet opening 32 is formed in a part just under a front door 31 so that air be let out onto the ground in the horizontal direction practically. Air in each living room is sucked by the operation of the fan motor 30 through a pipe 25 for exhaust, gathered by a gathering unit 26 in an underfloor space and then exhausted from an outlet opening 32 via an exhaust pipe 27. Under an indoor negative pressure generated on the occasion, the outdoor air introduced into the underfloor space 20 from an intake pipe 21 is made to flow into a main room 11 through a supply opening 14.</p> |
