PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the transfer delay of information by forming a signal independently of a request command, deciding whether or not communicated information is information communicated by a request command of a 1st device and prohibiting decision processing by a deciding means when the communicated information is prescribed information. SOLUTION: In the case the fast transfer of SW information is started while an instruction from a bCPU 122 of a camera part is transferred to a aCPU 102, the aCPU 102 detects the on/off change of the SW. The camera part recognizes that video recording start of a VTR is necessary and a fast video recording start can be performed by such a manner that the aCPU 102 transfers the SW information after focus lens position information 204 to the bCPU 122 even without a SW information request command from the bCPU 122. Here, even through the bCPU 122 has to decide whet data transmitted from the aCPU 102 is, it finds that the SW information is transferred together when it decodes a header part.
