PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently prevent noise up to high frequency by leading an electrode being led from a capacitor element body, using a configuration of a plurality of terminals. SOLUTION: A conductive resin 6 is applied to a cathode part 1 of a capacitor element 10. A first leading electrode 4 and a second leading electrode 5 are jointed to the cathode part 1 via a conductive adhesive or the like to lead the negative electrode of the capacitor element 10. A first cathode terminal 4a and a second cathode terminal 5a are constituted and led from the first leading electrode 4 and the second leading electrode 5, respectively, in one piece. An anode part 2 of the capacitor element 10 is jointed to an anode terminal 3 that is led as a positive electrode through welding or the like. Also, at least two out of at least three terminals for external leading being connected is connected to the anode part. Also, a tantalum wire is used for the cathode- leading wire, and tantalum is used for metal for valve operation.
