PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the locking of a bearing without spoiling the dustproof effect of a seal member. SOLUTION: This magnet roll is constituted by installing a bearing 4b and an oil seal 5 in a 1st flange 3b fixed to a cylindrical nonmagnetic sleeve 2, a permanent magnet 7 having a shaft 6 at its center, and one end of the nonmagnetic sleeve 2. A shaft 30a is integrated with the outside together with a bearing 4a on a 2nd flange 3a, and one end 6b of the shaft 6 is supported via the bearing 4b and oil seal 5 so that it penetrates the 1st flange 3b. The other end of the shaft 6 is supported by the bearing 4a of the 2nd flange 3a, and a permanent magnet 7 and the sleeve 2 is disposed relatively rotatable. A through-hole 31a which communicates links the sleeve inside 20 and the outside of a shaft part end with each other is formed in the shaft part 30a of the 2nd flange 3a.
