PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure and assembly of a transmission as much as possible by improving especially the functional form on an acoustic characteristic of a transmission. SOLUTION: This transmission 100 is provided with a first conical disk couple 101 and a second conical disk couple 102 having a conical disk displacable in one axis direction and a conical disk unmovable in one axis direction, and a winding means 103 arranged between these conical disk couples in order to transmit the torque. An acceptance rail 104 for accepting the winding means 103 at least partially is provided.
