<p>A cutting tool (1), has a head (2) with an elongate shaft (3) by which the tool (1) can be engaged with a tool holder, the head (2) being offset from the shaft (3) at a shoulder (5) which serves, by abutment with the tool holder, to position the tool (1) relative to the tool holder.
