<p>This invention is related to a reducer and more particularly designed so that the reducer can more securely perform breaking functions as well as select and adjust the reduction gear ratio. For this invention, sun gear (2) is configured in a assembly on the input axis (1) inserted into the fixed gear disk (3) and the axis hole of housing at the I/O side. This invention has one or more I/O planetery gear (9, 10∩15, 16) engaged with ring gears (7, 8) which are formed at the inside surface of above sun gear (2), flat gear disk (3) and output axis (5). In the planetery gear type of reducer (A) configured so that the rotation ratio of the input axis (1) can be delivered at a reduced ratio to the output axis (5), the reducer is designed to obtain a low gear ratio so that the tooth numbers of planetery gear (9, 10, 11, 12) at the above input side are more than those of planetery gear (13, 14, 15, 16) and those of ring gear at the I/O side become less. The reducer is also designed to obtain a low gear ratio so that the tooth numbers of planetary gear (9, 10,11, 12) at the above input side are more than those of planetary gear (13, 14, 15, 16) and those of ring gear at the I/O side become less. The reducer is also designed so that the tooth numbers of planetary gear (9, 10∩15, 16) at the I/O side, which is formed on the above concentric axis, is formed not to be paralleled to each other.</p> |
