PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain rigid access limit having higher operability in the case of setting a network device. SOLUTION: Each of printers 2-1, 2-2 and a scanner device 4 is loaded with or incorporates an I/F card (NIC) for connecting a network. A server device 3 can be accessed from a host device 1 and shared access right data are stored in the device 3. Utility software for setting the printers 2-1, 2-2 and the scanner device 4 connected to the network is driven on the host device 1.
