The rotary cylinder (16) is mounted in or on one of the side guide profiles (6) of the shutter so that a locking bolt at the end on the cylinder in the closed position of the latter projects into the guide groove of the guide profile. The locking bolt is shaped as a quarter circle disc (17) whose swivel axis lies in the circle centre of the quarter circle and is arranged coaxial with the rotary axis of the cylinder (16). The disc has an outer end edge forming a convex outside edge (19) which runs in an arc about the rotary axis of the cylinder. The convex outside edge of the disc can be enclosed by the cylinder in a similar shaped concave inside edge (22) of a counter member which is fixed as an end link (13) on the end of a shutter slat (9) and is guided displaceable in the guide groove (11) of the guide profile.
