A vector for the expression of a nucleic acid encoding at least one polypeptide with CD40 and/or CD154 activity, wherein the expression of said nucleic acid is under the control of a cytokine-inducible promotor, is preferably administered locally to solid tumors for tumor therapy, wherein the promotor is a human acute phase amyloid A gene promotor.
