PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the configuration by reducing the number of components and to also obtain a cost merit. SOLUTION: A changeover device is provided with a FET 1 that is an amplifier element and a signal bypass circuit 20 that is connected between an input terminal S2 and an output terminal S3. A signal inputted to the input terminal S2 is transmitted to the output terminal S3 via the FET 1 or the signal bypass circuit 20. A diode 8 is provided between the input terminal S2 and the gate G of the FET 1 and a diode 3 is provided between the output terminal S3 and the drain D of the FET 1. The diode 8 is made conductive by the voltage applied to the gate G of the FET 1 and the diode 3 is made conductive with the voltage applied to the drain D of the FET 1.
