PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a view point to generate an orthochromatic image and to stick symbols to make a graphic even for parts which cannot be viewed on the orthochromatic image or are not measured. SOLUTION: An orthochromatic image forming part 1 forms an orthochromatic image on the basis of a photochromatic image. A direction designation part 2 makes it possible to change the view point to see the orthochromatic image and generate an orthochromatic image obtained by changing the view point. A feature extraction part 3 extracts features from the orthochromatic image. A symbol sticking part 4 sticks symbols at the time of making the image graphic. A display part 5 displays the formed orthochromatic image, the orthochromatic image plotted by changing the view point, the orthochromatic image subjected to image processing by the image feature extraction part 3, symbols to be stuck by the symbol sticking part 4, etc. An input/output part 6 inputs/ outputs various image data, three-dimensional coordinate data from a three- dimensional coordinate input device such as a surveying instrument, etc., to another device. |
