PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antenna shared selection type transmission diversity radio equipment without causing any distortion of transmission waveform by executing a switching by a digital switch between a channel codec section and a transmission section. SOLUTION: Ouputs of channel codecs 13, 14 are digital data. Digital data are given to digital switches 11, 12 that are placed to a pre-stage of transmission sections 8, 10 and the two digital switches 11, 12 are exclusively switched to allow an antenna #A transmission section 8 and an antenna #B transmission section 10 to respectively output an output of the line #0 channel codec 13 and an output of the line #1 channel codec 14. No deterioration in data is caused between the channel codecs 13, 14 and the transmission sections 8, 10. Thus, it is possible to switch the signal path without distorting the transmission waveform and the effect of the transmission diversity can be obtained without distorting the transmission waveform. |
