PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk which can have data recorded on its lands and grooves to high density and have data recorded in an address area by using the address area and a data area in common. SOLUTION: The optical disk 3 has information recorded and reproduced on the spirally or concentrically formed grooves 1 and lands 2; and one flank 1a of a groove 1 is not wobbled and a wobble (w) of single frequency is formed radially on the other flank 1b. Here, the wobble (w) is formed intermittently corresponding to data bits of address information. |
