PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten handoff connection time by directly starting a communication state with a communication channel(ch) when a mobile station moves into another base station zone. SOLUTION: Concerning a handoff control system for a system having call re-originating type handoff in single communication in communication for moving object, a base station 1 assigns the radio condition of a communication ch f34 assigned in a radio communication zone 42 of a base station 2 to a channel designation message reported by a control ch f31 and transmits this channel designation message to a mobile station 11 in a radio communication zone 41 of the base station 1. When the mobile station 11 moves into the radio communication zone 42 of the base station 2 during inter-zone single communication, on the basis of the radio condition of the base station 2 contained in the channel designation message recognized in advance, the mobile station 11 performs handoff synchronously with a communication ch f34 of the moved base station 2. Thus, when the mobile station 11 moves to the base station 2, synchronism can be established by the communication ch so that the communication state can be started in a short time.
