PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component managing device for facility equipment capable of automatically arranging and surely and speedily acquiring an exchange object component for facility equipment corresponding to the quality of a client request. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a history information storage part 21 for storing component history information 22 such as exchange, stock and forwarding for each component transmitted from plural clients, a component arranging means for performing the scheduled arrangement of ordering, preparation and delivery based on the component history information 22 for each component, a total component managing processing part 10 for discriminating the propriety of component environments such as place of preservation, the term thereof, operating facility equipment, the term thereof and the number of times of exchange for each component and a special product schedule processing part 26 for predicting the number of reproduced components to be required on the basis of the number of exchanged components, the stock number of reproduced components reproducing the exchanged components and the frequency of use. Thus, even the case of requiring a component in emergency can be dealt with, the component can be distributed corresponding to the execution schedule of maintenance work and the reproduced component matched to a quality rank is provided corresponding to the request of a client as well. |
