PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fault notice system that informs a customer about fault information or stop information of its own installation while being linked with a monitor system of its own installation and a work management table. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a fault discrimination section 1 that discriminates presence of a fault from a state variable table provided in a monitor system of its own installation so as to locate a fault location and to generate a fault state table, an effect expansion section 2 that specifies a customer receiving the effect of the fault from the fault state table and installation information registering a contained customer to write the result to fault state table, and a fault notice section 3 that locates a contact place of a customer receiving the effect of the fault from the fault state table wiring the specified customer and the customer contact destination information to report a notice. |
