<p>The invention is directed to a device (10) for training on a bicycle. The device (10) comprises a main support bar having at least an upright portion (14) with first and second ends, a clamp (18,19,20) at the first end for attaching the training device (10) to the bicycle, and a handle grip (12) at the second end. The handle grip (12) is positioned upright so as to receive the thumb or radial side of the hand of an operator in an upward direction. Preferably the main support bar also includes a short portion (16) formed at the lower end of the upright portion (14), the short portion (16) and the upright portion (14) being connected substantially perpendicular to one another so as to form an L-shape.</p> |
