<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in picture quality when an image is put together with a predicted image although the image is used as a predicted image of a next frame. SOLUTION: The image composition system which decodes a main image and a subordinate image compressed by different systems, frame by frame, and puts them together is equipped with a main image frame buffer 122 which stores the main image decoded and referred to when a next frame is decoded, a translucent composing process part 133 which puts the main image from the main image buffer and the decoded subordinate image together in a translucent state, and an image composing display part 140 which displays the composite image obtained by the translucent composing process part over the main image.</p> |
