PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with arrangement again by providing in a unit with a strainer and a stop valve. SOLUTION: This unit is formed such that the lower part of a pipe body 2 forms a supply port 4 to an internal part and an upper part forms a first pipe port 6. A stop valve 7 and a strainer 8 are arranged in succession to the supply port 4. A T-pipe 9 integrally situated through the strainer 8 and a whole is formed in an H-shape. A pair of branch pipes for cold water supply and hot water supply formed such that the down pipe port 10 of the T-pipe is closed with a drain cock 11 and an upper part forms a second pipe port 13 are arrayed, and a bracket 101 is provided to be positioned astride each of the branch pipes.
