PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly display an objective page in a www browser device by looking ahead a plurality of destinations to be linked included in a display web page in the order specified by a user. SOLUTION: A user device 21 has a processing program 22 having a web browser function and a look-ahead function to execute the whole processing, look-ahead status information 23 to be a data storage part for recording a look-ahead reservation state and a look-ahead local cache 24 to be a data storage part for storing web page information looked ahead. The program 22 executes the transmission/reception of web page information also to/from a network 25 and a local cache 26 as a data storage part in a local storage device.
