PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate exposure of a foamed heat insulating material from an engaging portion of a partition wall for partitioning to upper and lower portions in a case with an inner case by providing a protruding portion for sealing a part of the material filled from a filling port brought into close contact with an engaging groove at a peripheral edge of a partitioning heat insulating material. SOLUTION: A plurality of protruding portions 8a formed in a substantially triangular shaped section or a semi-circular section are provided at a partition heat insulating material 8 contained between an upper partition plate 6 and a lower partition plate 7 of a partition wall 5, for partitioning to upper and lower portions in a case so that ends of the portions 8a can be accurately brought into close contact with an inner case 3 while being easily deformed. When a part 4' of a foamed heat insulating material 4 is filled from a filling hole 3b brought into close contact with an engaging groove 9 at a peripheral edge of the material 8, the part 4' of the material 4 is sealed by the portions 8a provided at the material 8 so as not to leak in the case 3. Thus, the material 4' can not be exposed from the engaging portion of the partition wall 5 with the case 3.
