PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TV conference system where wasteful transfer can be omitted and the processing burden of a client and a load on a network can be reduced by transmitting voice data and picture data, which are transmitted from a transmission source client, to a transmission destination client when inputted voice data is judged to be the voice of a user. SOLUTION: When a transmission source client is a client A1102, the client A1102 judges whether inputted sound data is the voice of a user or environment noise. When inputted sound data is judged to be the voice of the user, inputted voice data is transmitted to a server 1101. Thus, the client A1102 transmits voice data to the server 1101 only when the user emits it. The server 1101 transmits received voice data to a client B1103 when data is to be transmitted to the transmission destination client B1103. Thus, a network load can be reduced. |
