PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a reference disease name capable of being the adaptive disease name of a prescribed medicine without fail as the reference disease name visible for an operator even when that disease name is not registered on a consultation code master. SOLUTION: A consultation code to be used for a medical institution is registered in the data base of a consultation code master 30, the relation of the medicine and the adaptive disease name is registered on the data base of disease name check masters 50 and 60 by respective master codes, further, the name of the adaptive disease name is registered ion the data base, it is examined concerning the medicine prescribed for a patient whether the adaptive disease name is registered in the consultation data of the patient or not, and when the adaptive disease name is not registered, the adaptive disease name of the medicine is presented. In that case, when the master code of that adaptive disease name provided from the database of the disease name check masters 50 and 60 is not registered in the database of the consultation code master 30, the databases of the disease name check masters 50 and 60 are retrieved by that master code, a corresponding name is read out and that name is presented. |
