PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make low the height of a chip which is a light-emitting element having a surface electrode and a rear electrode, and to contrive miniaturization of the product. SOLUTION: This light-emitting semiconductor device is constituted into a structure, wherein the position of a surface electrode 2 on a light-emitting element 1 is deviated from the center of the chip 1, the center of the electrode 2 is separated from the center of the chip 1 at an interval wider than 20 μm, the electrode 2 is provided so that the end part of the electrode 2 is provided within the range of 0 to 100 μm from the end part of the chip 1, a rear electrode on the element 1 is connected with the electrode on one side of the electrodes on the chip 1, and the electrode 2 is coupled with the electrode on one side of the electrodes on the chip 1 through a wire. |
