PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely separate and extract one copy of stacked printed matter at a time by providing a rotary spiral blade in an opening part of the bottom part of a housing part, making newspaper, magazines, etc., of dual page printed matter from the upper face to the lower face of the blade and separating them by the rotary spiral blade. SOLUTION: Newspapers A are stared stacked on bottom part 124 of a printed matter housing part 12 whose one full page is doubly-folded while the side edge A1 on the folded side of dual page printing is arranged in front. In such a case, the side edge on the folded side of the dual page printing is placed on and over the upper surface of a lower edge part of a rotary spiral blade 311. When a fee, etc., is thrown in, a drive motor 36 for a blade is rotated, the blade 311 is inserted into between the side edge B1 on the dual page side of the bottom newspaper A and the side edge B2 of the newspaper stacked on it and cuts and separated only one copy of the newspaper A. In the case it turns 360 deg., the part of the side edge B1 on the folded side being the front of the newspaper A falls down. A controls motor 24 rotates at the same time, and a feeding roller 221 sends the newspaper A forward.
