TRANSPARENT RESIN PRODUCT AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transparent resin product free from shrinkage and strain and having a uniform refractive index even when the product is thick or not uniform in thickness and a production method thereof. SOLUTION: A transparent liquid or gelatinous resin is injected from an injection hole 2 into an outer shell 1 to fill the outer shell 1 with the liquid or gelatinous resin. The injection hole 2 is then plugged up to produce the objective transparent triangular prism-shaped resin product. The liquid or gelatinous resin filled into the outer shell may be kept in the uncured state or may be cured after filling.
